I started my illustrious music career when I began making up lyrics to songs that I couldn't understand. Then I would find out what they really were, and a lot of times they were not as impressive as what I had imagined. So, I said, "how difficult could it be". (Too bad writing lyrics isn't the toughest thing about being a musician) I went to High School in Dublin, which is a suburb of Oakland, California. There I played guitar in Jazz band as well as studied a little classical guitar while playing in some heavy rock bands (Metal Warrior, Joker Rude). Immediately after graduation I moved to Hollywood to go to Musicians Institute. A great experience where I realized that I enjoyed song writing more than being addicted to all the bad habits attributed to the ego of being a guitar player. After a few years of playing in various bands in Hollywood and the Bay Area, I met Josi Kat, and we started Piss Ant.

Influences

Early Aerosmith, Muddy Waters, Elton John, Billy Joel, Iron Maiden, Ozzy, and just about everything I've ever heard.

In My Spare Time

Well, I don't know if you could call any time, spare time. But I enjoy recording and producing songs that I've written. Watching football and drinking beer with friends.
